When I came to CHAA I had a love for Asian food, but never did I think my love would grow so exponentially!! Prior to my work at CHAA, I tasted a bit of Mongolian and a bit of Cambodian, have always loved Thai  - but now... I love it all!! I eat tons of Cambodian food - and havnet found something I dont like (well, I wont eat the tripe). I have tried adn enjoyed both Burmese food and Tibetan. Since my start date in November, I have gained almost 15 pounds.

Because food is so central to socializing and the cultures that I work in, I am constantly surrounded by food that I cant resist. Its a great way to work... now I just have to start working out!!
